Hello there! My name is Phil and I joined Boundary in September 2019 to head up the Customer Experience team within the business.
During that time I've been making sure our support infrastructure, helpdesk and knowledge base has been built out ready for the product launch which happened in style at the end of Feb 21!
We're now very much into scaling and business as usual phase and myself and the team spend our days making sure that every customer experience is as positive as it possibly could be!
