Boundary technologies is a consumer security hardware and software startup. Boundary aims to bring affordable, effective and pro-active home security to the masses via innovative, market leading technology products.

We require a customer support manager to define and oversee the customer success function at Boundary.

The ideal candidate will have the ambition to create a world class customer service experience which treads the line between automation and efficiency whilst remaining a customer centric help desk experience.

Boundary requires an individual conversant in the latest customer success tools and theories who is ready to develop and execute a strategy to support the future 100,000 homes that boundary will scale to support within three years.

Key Experience & Skillsets:

  • Ruthless prioritisation
  • Lean and Agile working method
  • Experience in a high volume support business
  • Having worked in a scaled or scaling tech company or B2C product business
  • Experience in evaluating and configuring help desk tools

You should have:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • A can-do attitude
  • Ability to ‘wear several hats’
  • Deep domain knowledge

Boundary technologies was founded in 2018 by technology entrepreneurs Robin Knox and Paul Walton in the response to a need for a cost effective and intelligent intruder alarm system. Previously, the two founders built and sold Edinburgh based software company intelligentpos to iZettle which was later acquired by PayPal.
